Single occupancy $84.50 to $149, Stampede $149.50 to $199.50
Double occupancy $109 to $179, Stampede $179.50 to $239.50
Extra child $25 to $35.00, Third Person $25 to $40.00
Pets $8.00 per day per pet.
Taxes are 9% and are charged in addition to prices quoted.
Deposits
Stampede Reservations require full payment at the time of reservation. Block bookings and long-term stays require 50% to 100%.
Discounts
Members of North American Automobile organizations receive 10% [minimum stay of two nights is required]. Seven consecutive nights or more 15% discount. Weekly specials for 2 or more weeks, starting from $429.00 per week for single occupancy and subject to availability.
NEW: If you request that you do not require breakfast there is a 15% discount.
Summer 7 consecutive nights or more receive 15% discount, 14 consecutive nights receive 20% discount.
Stampede Reservations: no discounts allowed.
Discounts cannot be combined with other discounts
Payment
Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Cash, Travelers’ Cheques and Interac (direct debit).
Cancellations
4 days notice. Lack of notice will result in forfeit of deposit or one night charged to your credit card, unless we are able to resell the room night or have not declined any potential reservations. Stampede Reservations 31 days or more. In the past we had many last minute cancellations, some no shows and guests changing their bookings at the last minute. Because of this, reservations for Stampede timeframe will be subject to these policies:
- The Reservation is fully paid in advance; if cancelled with more than 31 days' notice the monies will be refunded less $150.00 + taxes.
- If the Reservation is cancelled within 31 days or less, no refund unless I am able to resell the rooms. I will then refund the monies less $150.00 + taxes.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Special arrangements can be made if these times are not convenient. Please provide an estimated time of arrival at time of booking.
Check In: from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Check Out: 11:00 AM [11.00hrs].
During the busy summer season a reservation for a single night made more than 2 weeks' in advance may not be taken. This is because we have a limited amount of rooms and a single night often blocks a 2-3 day or longer booking.
